Help moving from older Motorola...

Hi, I just bought a Motorola Droid as my Motorola Q is on its last leg. I have them both flashed to operate on the Cricket network.

My question is: can I copy my contacts (pim.vol) file from my Motorola Q and insert them into my Motorola Droid? I use this phone for business, and have several hundred contact phone numbers. I do not use Outlook, so that method will not work for me.
