Help help my front facing camera doesnt work

I had the same problem with my phone, there's nothing u can do, even if u try a factory data reset, it still not going to work.
You can call virgin mobile and tell them it doesn't work and they will send you a replacement phone.that's what I.had to do

If you're stock about the only thing that you can try is to do a factory reset.

Wait a sec. You just confirmed something that was in question a couple of months ago. There may be some developers interested in knowing this.

It was assumed that the lower rear facing camera required the physical movement of the 3D/2D switch to be activated, but it sounds like this isn't the case.

Can you confirm for us that switching to the front camera does in fact enable the lower rear camera? Also, did you say it was inverted...so it's upside down, or left/right shift?

Does the face recognition screenlock also enable the bottom rear facing camera?

in my case the lower rear facing camera does not required the physical movement of the 3D/2D switch it will activate in ether 2d or 3d when i switch from rfc to ffc and it inverts left to right. face rec does activate the lower rear camera inverted left to right

I dunno. That wouldn't force the face recognition to use the rear facing camera.
