Help HELP!? my Huawei ascend wil not go past the android screen

my Huawei ascend will not go past my the android screen??
ive tried to restore it factory settings
im a cricket user

Did it happen out of the blue, or were you trying to do something? Are your contacts and apps backed up? If worse comes to worse, you could always do a complete restore back to out-of-the-box stock condition.

just out of the blue i was downloading an app and then boom it said it need to reboot i let it reboot and its been on the andriod screen for 3 days now and to be honest i dont know and ive done the whole volume up call button and power to reset it but that didnt help >>

If it were me, my contacts would have been backed up so I wouldn't have an issue with just doing a complete factory restore according to the "how to restore back to stock" sticky. But even if you didn't and you've tried all the options you can find in your recovery, you're probably going to have to anyway.
