Root HELP - Phone will not boot. Stuck in Download Mode

My triumph is stuck in dowonload mode. When I try to boot normally, it just vibrates like crazy and shows the polling text of download mode. When I try to boot into recovery, it does the same thing. When I actually try to put it into download mode, it shows the text, but does not vibrate. I have tried formatting the FAT partition, replacing the 'image' folder, etc. as suggested on a couple of other threads. Nothing seems to work, same results every time. PLEASE help.

You put a recovery img in that either had an extra space in the name or was bad that's all check the name of your recovery and retype it and 5.5 is 4.98 mb

I'm sorry 5.5.0.4 is 5.03 mb and 5.0.2.6 is 4.98mb

Once one of those are on you can flash custom recoverys you. Can find flashable recoverys in cm7 or miui twrp is touch and works
