Hi, new to the forum and unfortunately starting with an issue. Below is a short video of the problem I'm having with my Samsung Galaxy S6.
As you can see from the video, the return button has a mind of its own. It only happens sporadically, but is getting more frequent, and usually lasts for 5 min all the way up to an hour. I've tried both soft and hard resets without success and neither Samsung or o2 customer services seem to understand my explanation of the issue when I speak to them over the phone.
If anyone knows a fix to this issue I'd be indebted to them forever, well maybe not indebted and probably not forever. But I'd definitely be thankful.
