Root Help Please!!

So im a dummy. and I think I messed my phone up.
I rooted it today using easy root.. I installed rom manager, and I went online on the phone and downloaded a rom.. I then went through rom manager and installed the rom.. then the phone rebooted. Now it stays at the boot screen and doesnt change.. it just cycles through the "DROID" and the "Droid Eye"
am I screwed??

in ROM manager, BEFORE you downloaded a theme, did you make the suggested ROM backup???? If so, you could reboot with power + x key and get into recovery screen select nandroid and restore and go back to the rooted ROM you backed up.

Thanks I got it back... how come it went on a boot loop??. How should I install it?

boot loops can happen if you dont clear cache and wipe data upon install of the new ROM. they can happen if phone overheats. kernals can cause it. so, several reasons.
