Root help rooting wildfire with 2.2.1

Hey

I ve been trying everything of the above and still doesn't work on 2.2.1 with unrevoked 3.
Startup in safe mode (snowleopard), reset my phone (Wildfire) (factory settings). Restarted a couples of times. Different SD cards.

I keep getting the message and the end: is your software to new?

Anymore another trick to make it work?

Ahh i remember when i first started rooting and I got that
Basically you cannot root Wildfire 2.2.1 using unrEVOked
When you have

Gold-carded your SD card
Downgraded your hboot to 1.01.0001
Obtained S-OFF
Downgraded your Wildfire to Android 2.1

Then you can use unrEVOked, use the link in my signature for an easy guide on how to root your Wildfire 2.2.1, i used 3/4 of the method to root, the first bits i did by myself
Btw you might want to read up a little about rooting itself just for some knowledge about what your actually doing
