HELP!!! SAMSUNG DISCOVER (CRICKET) SCH-R740c HAS LOCKED
I came home to my charging phone with an Android System Recovery screen lit up and me locked out of using my phone...for anything!!. I attached a pic of the screen but in the event its not clear, here's a quick description:
There are 5 options to choose from (in blue):
I've tried all options. choosing the least disruptive first (reboot), tries updating (no update files), wiped the cache then factory reset. NOTHING.
How can I get my phone back? Cricket is worthless as a customer service source.

reboot system now;
apply update from external storage;
wipe data/factory reset;
wipe cache partition;
apply update from cache
At the bottom (in yellow) it states:# MANUAL MODE #

Applied the CSC-code : unknown
Successfully applied multi-CSC.
