Have you tried ODIN with the SD card removed? Don't know if it'll help, but just throwing it out there.

Does ODIN even see the phone when you connect it?

As I'm still pretty new here, I don't think I have any further suggestions then. If the phone is responding in download mode so ODIN can reprogram it... yet it still hangs on the Samsung logo... that indicates to me that it can't load the kernel.

My only guess is that the internal phone partitions are corrupt. I think it takes a different tool to repair that then ODIN?

Hopefully a more experienced user can assist.

I dont think Odin can fix your phone I am sorry to say.

The only time that I have seen a phone act like yours is acting, is when someone was tampering with the stl5 / efs folder

I think that Samsung puts some type of brick maker code on the phone that detects if the efs has been tampered with and if this code gets triggered not even mighty Odin can unbrick the phone.

Thats is why I asked those questions before.

I think you will need to contact Samsung and have your phone repaired under warranty

Makes me wish I bought an extra phone at Walmart on Black Friday when they were only $69. With all the fiddling I do on mine, I'll likely trash it at some point.

Honestly, they don't really care. It costs them more money in man hours to even look into whither or not you rooted your phone
