I am using JB and the stock email for my RoadRunner email account. Today, I tried to reply to an email (on 4G) that had a bad address, and that email ended up in the Outbox folder, where it keeps trying to send itself and draining my battery. I cannot find a way to delete this message. I've tried everything, including cache cleaning. It is a POP account, and using my laptop to find the offending message won't work. I've tried long-holding the message, but there is no delete message" option anywhere that I can find. Anyone know a fix? Is there a backend way to get to that file?
