Root help with flashing stock recovery.

Hi, I've been looking around trying to find out how to flash my ally to stock recovery , but a lot of it is confusing to me, I've tried to do the adb shell thing and have got nowhere. I want to use swc2001's method just by simply flashing it in recovery but being tht his files are blocked, can someone please show/point me to the easiest way so I can get going on froyo? Thanks

as Netizenmt said My files are now available. It is the easiest way on this site to flash back Stock Recovery.
