Help with how to remove applications from Samsung Galaxy Prevail

My Samsung Galaxy Prevail keeps saying that my phone is low on storage space. I have deleted most all messages and emails.

I don't have many apps but want to delete some to see if that helps. What about how to remove Layar?, etc?

Does anyone know how to contact a tech to help with Samsung Galaxy Prevail?

All of a sudden my voice to text is not working . It spits out weird words that have nothing to do with what I said. Not sure why this is happening.

I love this feature and hate that I have to TYPE all my words in again!

HELP!!! Please????
