    Hello all I am new to this forum so let me say HI and Happy Thanksgiving
    So few weeks ago I upgraded from a samsung alius to a LG ally
    In 2 years with the samsung I have not droped as many calls as with the ally
    I know I am in a basement apartment but I can not make a call with out call dropping BUT it rarley dropped with the alius . What gives shuld this phone be better than what I had ???

    Try using speaker phone with nothing around the phone that would attenuate the signal.

    Make sure you have all the updates installed and that you update your roaming capabilities by dialing *228 and choosing option 2. This updates your cell towers. If that doesn't work, you could try calling Verizon Wireless Customer Support. If you are within your 30 day trial period, you may be able to exchange the phone under Buyers Remorse if nothing else.
