I know the battery life seems to be an issue with the Eris. I've read it all over (Dont have one, yet...). Has anyone tried to use the Hero battery cover on the Eris is order to use the larger hero battery?

I'm considering getting the Eris on Verizon, but may wait to see what comes out.

There are other batteries available for the Eris. You can find 1750 and 3500 batteries on the Seido website. Many have claimed them to work just fine for their phone use/battery issues.
