Hero not receiving txts and calls randomly

Hey guys,

My hero is randomly failing to send or receive txts and calls.

It only happens from time to time but its starting to become annoying.

Has anyone else experienced this? is there any way of fixing it?

I have the latest firmware etc.

Ive had this aswell tested it once while i was sitting nect to my phone full bars stil went to answer phone, spoke to orange about it said sometimes the sig (para phrasing)"misses a tower" if you move around lots, its always good to turn your phone off at least once a day for a couple of minutes.

when i told the bloke at orange i do that every evening he got me to "reset" it, ie pull the battery out while the phone was still on and it sorted it out. if i notice my phone being stupid now i just pull the battery and put it back. seems to be doign the job but its a pain in the ... i wonder if the next update will sort out the radio.

Yeah I have a good couple of bars signal.

I'll try taking the battery out and see if that helps!

Hopefully the next update does fix things as that's the only problem i've ever had with my hero!
