Help Hey guys i really need help keis backup

so i have backd up my photos contacts amd music. a while ago. and unfortunately lost my SD CARD. now i did a back up in kies. i go to run the restore and it says - Device Connection disrupted. Check the Connection again and try again.

it is fully connected with no problems i dont know why it has that message. please help!! THANKS IN ADVANCED.

restart both pc and phone and try a new usb port. make sure you're running latest version of kies.
