Hi all, new here. Have 2.2 update already. Want to root but a little nervous- don't want a brick.
Appreciate any special advice. I'll search the forum for what I'm sure are already detailed instructions too.

Rooting isn't too bad. Loading custom rom's, however, can cause butterflies for those with nervous dispositions.
