Hi! Wanna love my Android..Having trouble...

Hi all, I'm trying to make the switch from iPhone to Android for some very good reasons... But there are some things that are making it hard to feel good about this switch!

I'm testing (one month trial) the HTC HEro thru Sprint.

There are things I love. But there are some things that are confounding the hell out of me. I'm here to explore, find tips, and get some of my confusion addressed...so I can see whether I can stick with Android or if I have to go back to iPhone.
