Hello there. I'm on my first android device, I treated myself to an HTC Hero a couple months ago, coming from a Treo 755p. I debated going with the Samsung Moment because of the built in keyboard but went with the Hero because it was less bulky. So far I like this phone, and I just upgraded to 2.1 a few days ago so it's really interesting and informative to read about all of the issues people are having.
