So I have been trying to use my hotspot since is free til the end of the month. I get it connected to my computer no problem, but when I open up my web browser it tells me I have a connection problem. I take myself to to my local sprint store and tell them my problem and the nice guy helps me and guess what? He has no problem loading a page. Of course not. So here I am thinking I am just retarted and I come home with my tail between my legs only to get home and try it again and once again the browser tells me there is a connection problem. Yes, I have made sure that it really is connected. Am I just crazy or what? I mean come on how hard can this really be? This can not be rocket science!!!! I did nothing diffrent than what he did in the store. I mean come on, I do this sort of thing all day long at work. Am I just missing something? Can you please help?
