hotspot doesn't work on Verizon S4 used on T-Mobile plan

I have a Verizon Galaxy S4 factory unlocked, which I use on T-Mobile plan. How can I get the hotspot to work? I have Android 5.0.1 lollipop. Thanks.

Try Foxfi, use all default options.

I have a Verizon s4 (4.2.2 rooted and de-bloated) and I was able to bring it over to Strait Talk. When trying the hotspot I would get "mobile number not found" message. I have Xposed framework and the Wanam module installed. In the system options in Wanam there is a "disable tether provisioning" toggle that allows me to successfully turn on my hotspot. Hope this helps
