    Hey everyone hope someone will be able to help me. When I turn on the hotspot a message pops up saying that my sprint vision password or user name is incorrect. I have never signed up for it so I know nothing about it...How do I fix this and how is it working out for everyone else? Thanks for any help and info in advance!

    That's Sprint's way of telling you that you didn't pay the $29/month fee to enable the mobile hotspot function.

    Oh well that makes sense.. didn't know there was a charge... thanks for the info.
