Subject says it all--my micro-SD card slots isn't spring-loaded, so once the card's in there...it's in there. There's not enough room to fit something else in there to get it out...I feel I must have missed that day in gTab 101 or something.

(I even read the owner's manual.)

My micro sd slot is spring-loaded so pushing on it brings it out with no problems. Sounds like something worth getting your unit replaced.

Are you sure that you are pushing the sd card in far enough to trip the release mechanism?

It has to be pushed about 1.5 millimeter past flush to release the installed sd card.

It's far from an ideal design, especially if you have close clipped nails. I've use another micro SD to press in the installed one and get it to pop out.
