Help How can I change an icon?

I am stuck here. I just want to go ahead and change the icon for the people/person contact app.

Without installing a program (like open home) are there any icon packs out there that work on there own that will do this?

BTW I tried Better Cut but I couldnt get it to work for some reason with the person app... There were three choices titled "People" and all 3 (after creating a shortcut) came up "could not find"

Woah after some tinkering I finally gfot it to do what I wanted it to do.

Now my only question is, are there any icon packs that work with this?
