Root [International] How can I completely erase EVERYTHING on my phone

I am looking to completely erase everything on my phone. I have gone in to Philz Touch and formatted system and cleared cache and dalvik. However, when I install another ROM I still have folders left on my internal SG3 drive.

I would like to completely remove all folders so I can start from fresh, just like it is out of the box. Can this be done? - I found an XDA page whilst searching google that talk abouy nuke scripts but this was for the i9100 not the 19300.

Any advice greatly received?

Have you tried a factory reset from within the phone settings? That should wipe all user data :thumbup:

Sorry should have said, I am running Paranoid android ROM not stock ROM. Looking to format internal SD CARD
