Help How can I get autocorrect to work across ALL apps for the S4

It only works for several apps now. It doesn't work when I'm typing in a URL on chrome or "internet" for instance. I already Googled the issue extensively and customer support told me there must be some other app to do it but they couldn't help more than that. They said that some sort of Java keyboard is used on the Internet app or chrome. I think only message and email work with autocorrect for that matter. I essentially want the same omnipresent autocorrect as on the iphone. I have tried both the jelly bean and samsung keyboards with autocorrect on. This is extremely annoying.

Also, is there a safari app for the droid?
