How do I / can I synch my MS Outloook to my Sumsung Vibrant?

Noobie with Noob question: how do I / can I synch my MS Outloook to my Sumsung Vibrant?

I had an old samsung T-719 so I am REAL noob to the smartphone thing. BUt my T-719 had software run on my computer that would allow me to add all of my outlook contacts (names & numbers) to my phone. Is there a way to do that with my new Samsung Vibrant? I can't even really use it until I get all of my contacts into it, I have too many to manually add. Please help. I have searched there isn't any info. on this that I can find, maybe cuz the phone is so new?

try downloading samsung kies. i believe you can sync it that way (at least that's what i heard)

Thank you for the info. where would I DL that from SS website or is it an App? I am new to this whole Smart phone thing, thanks...
