Help How do I get rid of Music Hub popup "Coming Soon"

Hi,
Over the last couple of days I have started getting a popup every time I open my Galaxy S3 phone:
"Music Hub"
"Coming soon to your country" and an okay button.

Having it appear once would be bad enough, but I have to okay it every time. I cannot remove music hub, and I cannot root the phone (company policy). I have never used Music Hub and cannot get into the settings (just get the pop up again if I try)

How can I suppress the message?
