    Hi friends,
I haven't been to this forum in a long time, as I've been traveling.

I have a 4 gb card at the moment, and I'm planning to get a 16gb. How do I set up the new card? I've got a2sd+ with an ext partition, how can I transfer that without losing my apps or my data?
    Thanks a lot.

I've been wondering this myself and recently had an idea, but not sure it will work. I'm sure there must be an easier way but I haven't seen it yet. I assume you are rooted?

Can you open ROM manager without the SD card in?

If so, format the new SD card and follow whatever steps you need to to create your A2SD+ partition (as long as this is not using rom manager).

Put your original SD card in and take a ROM manager backup (backup current ROM). This also backs up the EXT3 partition I believe. Copy the contents (including file structure) of the card to your PC.

Put your new card in and transfer the contents back (which will include your ROM manager backups).

In ROM manager, manage backups, restore backup and point to the one you made on your old card.

As I say there must be an easier method (let me know if you find it), but if not, I'd be interested to see if this works.

Your idea sounds like it could work.. And it gave me another idea; it could be done in clockwork as well..
    Has anyone done this?

Yeah should work, cause ROM manager uses clockwork.

    SDROOT\clockworkmod\backup\<backup name>\sd-ext.img

All I did was turn off my phone, remove the 4GB card. Using a card reader I copied the contents to my PC. Placed my 16gb in the card reader and copied the contents back onto it, put 16gb in phone and powered up. All seems OK :D
