Help How do I turn of voice dialing w/o root?

Whenever I long-press my inline remote on my headphones, it triggers the voice dialing feature. I don't want this, I use the long press as a specific instruction to BeyondPod. And, for voice dialing, I prefer using Voice Search anyway.

So, how do I shut the Voice Dialer off, or tell it not to trigger in that way? I know I could freeze it with Titanium, but I am not rooted yet.
