How long do you usually have to return a phone?

I got a BB bold 9780 and I hate it , only good thing is the keyboard and I want to get a Atrix 4g.

Is it usually 30 days, or is it 30 days and only so many minutes?

i think its 14 days or 30 minutes and my dad phoned me about his printer today and had me on the phone for over an hour.

So do you think the carrier will be nice and return it or say nothing we can do. Sorry.

Edit:

If I wipe the phone which resets the call log and the minutes used will they still know I used over the minute limit?
