Root how long does it take

tried before but didnt get no where as was not downloading as zip files , so queston is have i got enought time tonight , how long willl it take to to from start to finish

why should i not bother ? are these roms no good , was looking for 5.3 but can only find 5.4 ?

I think he means don't bother tonight. If you have one of the patched firmwares it can be pretty time consuming if things don't go right first time, so it's probably better to do it during the day.

phew , wanna get this sorted lol need new lease of life for the hero , think i can wait till friday cos go day of

spend the time till friday collecting all the files you need and reading everything you can about flashing and rooting..

have your sd card backed up on your pc, as i spent quite a bit of the time when i did mine waiting for sd card backups.. and reloads its a nearly full 16 gig card so takes some time..

the more prepared you are prior to actually starting the smoother it will go for you..
