Root how to change HTC evo 4g theme/rom???

hey all Ive been reading posts around this website about roms or "themes" about the htc evo 4g and I saw some awesome ones id like to try to put on my phone but not sure how to do add the themes to my phone? anyone know a link to step by step instructions on how to do this? please help , thank oyu!!

Read that whole thread that Mr. Ed posted. The one thing I'll say that is very important is that you must flash a custom rom that is deodexed before you can flash a theme. Do not try to flash a theme over a stock rom.
