How to change layout or info on a password screen?

I am kind of new to android phone. I am not sure how to do this.

I have an ActiveSync account and the Active server requires a password. So I have to enter a password in order to enter the phone.

I saw many locker screen apps in Google Play and it appears that they are not for password screen.

Basically, I hope to enlarge info on the screen that requires password entry.

Any way to do this?
