I have samsung Galaxy Avant and want to connect it to my old Big screen tv which doesnt support the samsung screenshare built in application for samsung devices. So I ordered the MHL converter cable from Micro USB to Serial to connect it to tv . when I connect the cable I see nothing on the TV screen as well as I cannot find a setting in the setting menu for cable connection setting to TV . So first of all does this device support cable connection to TV ? what about MHL conversion method from micro USB to Serial ? any steps I can do to get it to work ? thanks
