how to copy file from the phone to micro sd

Hi,

Copy files from computer to the Micro SD card no problem, but how to copy files inside the phone to the Micro SD card?

That depends on whether you are on 2.2 or higher. IF so, then you should be ablle to go to applications, manage applications and there will be an option for 'move to sdcard' on there. hit it, and let it do it's thing. when it changes to 'move to phone', it's done. as for moving individual files to your sdcard, you should be able to long press the file and have the option pop up, if it's not saved there by default (most, such as pictures and ringtones, are)
