How to create an "AND" condition in Tasker?

I'm trying to automatically change some setting, based on 3 conditions, and only when all 3 conditions are met.

The conditions are:

• The Nav app is running.
• Phone is powered by USB port.
• Audio jack in plugged in.

While I've figured out how to set these up individually, I can't figure out how to create an "and" condition, so that the task is only run when all 3 condition are true. I'm a neophyte to tasker, and their documentation is a bit lacking.

Any suggestions?

Add contexts for the profile by long pressing the existing context. All contexts have to be satisfied before the profile runs.
