How to download "itunes" podcasts

Sometimes I want to download podcasts but the webpage holding them only has buttons that say "View in iTunes." A lot of podcast pages will say "download here" and take you to these types of screens, and it's hard to believe that they would just leave out all of us android users. Right-clicking doesn't work on these types of links. Is there a way to get these audio files downloaded?

i used to use kiescast for podcasts. this may be of some use
