Root How to flash to stock ROM/Unroot Samsung Vibrant

Rooted then flashed my Samsung Vibrant today with TW Bionix 5 but I've been having countless troubles with it so I've decided that I'd flash to stock ROM and unroot it.

What is the fastest way to go back to my original, stock settings? Can I just do a hard reset on the phone and everything would be fine?

Or do I have to flash back to the stock ROM first, then unroot? If so, can somebody please provide a link on a step by step procedure for this?

It really is the simplest procedure for what it is allowing you to do. The whole process takes about 3 or 4 minutes tops. Then you will hear that annoying T-Mobile bootup sound and you are right back to day one. Happy flashing.
