HI All... I bought my phone from radio shack and it's having issues with battery and random reboots as well as screen freezing. I know, the best thing to do is return the phone and get a replacement...but I have been checking all the radio shacks anywhere around me (I'm in chicago west burbs) and no one has one. I have talked to them about ordering it and they have agreed to order it but said it will probably be a few weeks till I can get the replacement because all incoming orders are already spoken for. So my question is, has anyone had any luck getting it replaced by Sprint? And if so, did you go to the store, call them or what? I called them and the regular cs (*2) told me I had to go back to radio shack to get it until after the 30 days. I went to one sprint store and they told me to either go radio shack or call sprint. so I'm not getting anywhere. I would really like to get this taken care of sooner than later, especially so that I can make sure the replacement is better before the 30 days is up but I'm not sure how to get it done. Thanks!
