How to get Google Playlists to Transfer My Songs

Hi All, this is my first post on the forum

Here is my issue, I was VERY TIRED of iTunes as it crashed on me so many times I ditched it. I move all of my music to Google Music so I don't have to risk losing my music any more. I have all of my songs on Google Music and started to recreate my Playlists. I see the names of my lists immediately on my phone (Gallaxy S II with Ice Cream) BUT NO SONGS!!! I can see the songs in each Playlist online from my computer in Google Music but not on the phone. It says 0 Songs when I hit the list. I even went under Settings/Accounts and Sync and it is On and I see my Google Account there and even it Sync All. Nothing!

HELP!!! Anyone able to figure this out? THANKS!!!
