I've tried everything. I just called Boost technical support and pretended my mobile data wasn't working (disabled mobile data in mobile networks settings first). Eventually they will step you through manually re-programming your phone. Just act dumb. When you get to the ##25327# part just tell them it is asking for the MSL code (not the ACCESS code which it is really asking for). They will hand over that elusive MSL code (at which point you should test it in ##DIAG#). I went through the re-programming steps (since they prob can see it on their end). Done.
