Root [Verizon] How to get of root?

I rooted my s4 months ago I don't understand anything about rooting or roms or anything but I just used it to tweak my phone to do sweet stuff to it. But I have an issue I used towelroot to root it so I went to superSU and clicked full uproot and it unrooted my device but now I have a software update available and the software will not download at all, what do I do?

Your going to have to read up on how to use Odin and flash a NC5.tar file. Phone needs to be 99.9% stock to install an OTA update.

How do I do that? I also figured out I have clockwork mod recovery still on my phone how do I get rid of this too? I don't want to **** up my phone.
