How to hard code mail server settings in K9Mail?

I need to set up K9Mail for my company's mobile mail client, in a such way that the user just have to enter email address and password, and rest of the mail server settings are already hard coded in the mail client. So the user doesn't have to know any mail server configuration details and does not have to enter it manually. Please let me know how can I hard code mail server settings in K9Mail's source code? Any help will be highly appreciated.
