I need some tips on how to kill the battery so I can cycle it to optimal usage. Thanks. I have the display on 30 minutes (max) and Pandora streaming music. I have gps, wifi, bluetooth, and google sync on as well.

    Anything else?

GPS maps does a number on it.
Watch video probably pretty tough on it.
Play a 3D game if Android has a good one.
'Antenna' is a good app to drain a battery, and interesting too. It keeps the GPS and cell radios going continuously.

Based on what I've read here - just keep using it moderately. It will be dead in no time.

Not a complete lie....battery drains quite quickly if you don't pay attention to what your phone is doing...took me a while but I finally have a handle on the battery life....at least moreso than before.

    Hey, I resemble that comment.

I ordered today even after some of the bad reviews. I'm looking forward to ditching this blackberry. I'm not worried about the battery, before too long you can get an extended battery. I'm a pretty light user anyway.

I was trying to be nice. No more mr. nice guy!

    It's "I resent that comment."

'I resemble that comment' does not make sense.

Got it? Now learn english or get out.

You don't want to drain the battery all the way down, use it as you would normally. In fact draining it all the way down does some damage to the battery and you won't get as much life from it afterwards. Please read up on lithium batteries before you continue to ruin your battery.

no "I resemble that" is a play on words of the "I resent that". It's meant as a joke.

I Resemble That Remark - Television Tropes & Idioms

That should be a little better than urban dictionary. So you are wrong and don't be stuck up about the english language just because you don't understand a pop culture reference.

If you really want to kill it somehow involve a microwave, your battery and lots of alcohol. Always a good recipe for either killing a battery or a Darwin award.
