Root How to know difference in SBF's

Hello,

i am currently using:
SHOLS_U2_02.38.0 Italy version

However i saw that the new ones in September are:
SHOLS_U2_02.36.0 - UK
SHOLS_U2_02.38.1 - Spain

Is there a way that i would be able to know if the last versions have anything more from the Italian version i installed early August?
