How to repair my Samsung Galaxy SGeneral

Hello, recently I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S in water, and managed to fish it out after a few seconds. I then took it apart, and left it in uncooked rice for a few days. After this, I put it back together and turned it on to find that the phone was working, but the phone`s menus were only barely visibly working; as black and green lines shot across the screen horizontally, momentarily showing the ordinary menus, but rendering the phone unusable. The glass of the screen is not comprimised, so that leads me to wonder, which parts are damaged, and how hard is a repair?

    Thankyou

Sadly it's near impossible to identify all the parts that are damaged and therefore it's impossible to repair. As a rule, water damaged phones are binned as the cost of replacing all the parts that have potentially been damaged outweighs the cost of a new phone.
