is it possible to just replace the glass? My glass cracked this morning and everything works fine. Though I can't find where just the glass is sold.

No, it is not possible to replace just the glass as the glass and LCD are fused together on this model along with most other model Samsungs.

You can however find the screen replacement here - Samsung Captivate screen replacement
