How to send pictures from gallery? Only 2 Share options!

Under share options I only have All Share or Picasa, I can't even share via Email, SMS or Bluetooth. I can email the long way by attaching a file but I want to just be able to send a file thru the share option in the gallery.

on my note ics 4.0.4
tap on gallery>camera at bottom on left send via>select photo>options of bluetooth,gmail,messaging, wi-fi direct,
bottom centre>delete
bottomright>more>share via>allshare-drive-dropbox-google+-picasa-s memo

if in gallery you press on a photo it only brings up send via and delete

just a matter of trying the options (obviously I'm signed up to dropbox etc)
hope that makes sense

I go to facebook, Google plus...etc and use their photo/camera button.
