How to set up google search to talk back

I have a new samsung galaxy s3 and cannot seem to find how to turn on the google search to talk back the results. I just want to hear the google search results and not every action as indicated in the talkback section. Can we set up talk back or another 3rd party ap to just talk back my google search results. Thanks in advance.
